关于地图
Hayes Map Poster & Print
Hayes lies in the London Borough of Hillingdon, in the western suburbs of the capital. Two long lines define its map: the Grand Union Canal, which curves through the town from east to west, and the Great Western main line, which runs almost parallel to it. Hayes and Harlington station, now served by the Elizabeth line, sits where the town gathers around them.
The town grew as an industrial centre in the early twentieth century. The Gramophone Company, later EMI, built a large factory complex here, and records were pressed in Hayes for decades. Part of the site has been redeveloped as the Old Vinyl Factory. South of the railway, streets lead toward Harlington and the northern edge of Heathrow Airport.
A Hayes map poster captures the typical pattern of outer London: interwar housing estates with crescents and closes, broad arterial roads and industrial sites along the water and rail. The canal adds a soft line through the middle, while the airport's edge gives the southern part of the map a distinctive, open feel.

为什么选Hayes
一张有意义的地图
Hayes is where many Londoners have their first home, their family or their workplace near the airport. A poster of its canal, railway and suburban streets gives that everyday place a considered, graphic presence on the wall.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be changed to your own words. Choose one of five styles, from Classic black & white to Blueprint, and order a printed poster on matte paper with an optional wooden frame, or download the files for $9.
