关于地图
Kayna Map Poster & Print
Kayna is a town in North Kivu province, in the green highlands of eastern DR Congo. It lies along the main road that links the region's towns from north to south, and on a map that road is the spine of the settlement. Streets and houses gather on either side of it, then give way to farmland on the surrounding hills.
The area lies west of Lake Edward and near the Virunga National Park, one of Africa's oldest national parks. The high rainfall and fertile soil support dense farming, which shows on the map as small plots and paths spreading out across the hills around the town.
A Kayna map poster shows a highland town built along a road. The strong line of the main route, the clusters of buildings beside it and the network of paths into the countryside create an honest, readable design. It is a personal keepsake for people from Kayna and for families connected to North Kivu.

Roadside settlement
Houses and small streets gather along both sides of the road. Together they form a long, dense band that thins out toward the town's edges.
Hill paths
Narrow paths spread from the town into the surrounding farmland and hills. They add fine detail across the edges of the map.
