关于地图
Khao Wong Map Poster & Print
Khao Wong is a district in Kalasin province in northeastern Thailand, the region known as Isan. The district town is modest in size. On a map it forms a small cluster of streets around a main road, with a market area, temple grounds and school compounds as the larger blocks. Houses stretch out along the roads leading away from the centre.
Around the town the land opens into rice paddies, which show up as a fine patchwork of small field plots, with wooded upland further out. Ponds and reservoirs are common in this part of Isan. They add rounded water shapes that contrast with the straight field boundaries and gives the country around the town a detailed, layered look.
A Khao Wong map poster is for people who know this part of Kalasin personally, including those who have moved to Bangkok or abroad and still think of the district as home. It records the town and its fields plainly. You see the actual place, laid out as it stands.

Small rice field plots surround the town in a fine mosaic, one of the defining textures of the Isan countryside.
Ponds and reservoirs
Rounded water bodies sit among the fields and at the edges of settlements, softening the straight lines of the rural layout.

为什么选Khao Wong
一张有意义的地图
Many Isan families now live far from their home districts. A map of Khao Wong shows the roads and fields that mean home, printed large enough to take in at a glance.
The title and subtitle are yours to set, for example a family name or a year, and the coordinates can be edited. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand gives the paddy patterns a warm tone.
