关于地图
Kumo Map Poster & Print
Kumo is a town in Gombe State in northeastern Nigeria and the headquarters of Akko Local Government Area. It lies on the savanna south of the state capital. From above, the map is organised around a small number of main roads that meet in the town. Housing groups closely around these roads and becomes more spread out toward the edges.
Like many towns in the region, Kumo serves as a market and administrative centre for the surrounding farming communities. Its outline reflects this. Most activity is concentrated where the roads meet, and smaller paths and tracks lead away from the centre toward fields and nearby villages.
A Kumo map poster shows a place that rarely appears on printed maps. The main roads cross the frame with confidence, the centre is closely built, and the edges turn into open land. It makes a straightforward, honest picture of home for anyone connected to the town.

Compact centre
Near the middle, closely spaced streets and plots create the densest part of the town. On the poster it appears as a darker area of fine detail.
Open surroundings
Toward the edges, the street pattern thins out into tracks and scattered buildings on open land. This gives the map a lighter, more open border.
