关于地图
La Oliva Map Poster & Print
La Oliva is the municipality that covers the northern part of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. Its map is mostly open land. Volcanic cones, lava fields and dry plains are crossed by a few roads that link small settlements. The village of La Oliva itself is inland, a loose arrangement of streets and low houses, while most of the population lives on the coast.
Corralejo, at the northern tip, has a denser street pattern around its harbour, which looks out toward the small island of Lobos. South of it, the dunes of the Corralejo natural park form a pale, open area of sand beside the sea. The west coast has villages such as El Cotillo, and the shoreline alternates between beaches and dark rock.
The Casa de los Coroneles, a historic manor in La Oliva village, recalls the time when the island's military governors ruled from here. Montaña de Tindaya, a mountain regarded as sacred by the island's original inhabitants, stands within the municipality. A La Oliva map poster frames an arid, volcanic landscape of scattered settlements, sand and open ocean.

The small island of Lobos lies just off the northern tip across a narrow strait, a compact shape in the water beside the harbour.

Cones and lava fields dot the inland plains, and sparse roads cross between them, giving the map a spare, sculptural quality.

为什么选La Oliva
一张有意义的地图
La Oliva suits anyone who has spent a holiday in Corralejo or El Cotillo, surfers who know the north coast, and islanders with roots in the old village. The mix of empty land, dunes and coastline gives an airy print that looks particularly good in Sand or Paper.
You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates line, for example with the dates of a trip or the name of a favourite beach. Choose from five styles. The $9 digital files include six sizes, and printed posters can include an optional wooden frame.
