关于地图
Lugazi Map Poster & Print
Lugazi lies in Uganda's Buikwe District, on the main road between Kampala and Jinja. From above, the town stretches along that highway, with a commercial strip on either side and residential lanes branching off into the hills. Its shape is linear and informal, with streets following the land rather than a fixed plan.
Around the town, the surroundings define the map. Large areas of sugarcane form broad regular fields, part of a sugar estate that has been central to Lugazi's economy for generations. To the north and east lies Mabira Forest, one of the largest remaining tropical forests in central Uganda, shown as a wide blank area crossed only by the highway.
A Lugazi map poster contrasts the busy roadside town with the calm order of cane fields and the dense forest nearby. The shores of Lake Victoria lie a short distance to the south. For a place this size, the composition feels balanced, with the settlement at the centre and large open spaces all around.

Sugar estate
Large cane fields and estate roads create a regular pattern of blocks around the town, clearly different from the informal residential lanes.
Mabira Forest
The forest reserve forms a broad open area on the map, crossed by the highway and framing the town's eastern side.
