Old town lanes
At the centre, narrow and irregular streets pack closely together around the market areas, forming the densest and most intricate texture on the poster.

关于地图
Madanapalle Map Poster & Print
Madanapalle lies on a raised plateau in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, high enough to have a milder climate than the plains around it. On a map the town appears as a tight core of irregular lanes and bazaar streets. It loosens outward into newer neighbourhoods and then into farmland dotted with rocky hills and irrigation tanks.
The town is widely known for its tomato market, one of the largest in the country, and the roads fanning out from the centre carry produce in every direction. That radial pattern is easy to read from above, with main routes leaving the core like spokes towards Tirupati, Bengaluru and the surrounding villages.
Madanapalle also has a place in cultural history. Rabindranath Tagore translated Jana Gana Mana into English at the Besant Theosophical College here in 1919, and the philosopher Jiddu Krishnamurti was born in the town. A Madanapalle map poster frames all of this within a quiet, legible layout of streets, tanks and hills.

Radiating highways
Main roads leave town in several directions, giving the map a clear star-like structure that links the plateau to Tirupati, Bengaluru and the farming villages around it.
Hills and tanks
Rocky outcrops and small irrigation tanks are scattered across the outskirts, adding soft shapes of water and open ground around the edge of the urban area.

为什么选Madanapalle
一张有意义的地图
Former students of the town's schools and colleges, and families tied to its markets and farms, often want something more personal than a photograph. A map shows the whole town at once: the lanes you walked and the roads you left by.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a graduation year or a family name, and choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 digital package includes six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files.
