关于地图
Manukau City Map Poster & Print
Manukau City was once a separate local authority covering much of southern and eastern Auckland, before it was merged into a single Auckland Council in 2010. The name still marks the area around the Manukau city centre and the large suburban districts around it, spread across land between the Manukau Harbour and the waters of the Hauraki Gulf.
On a map, the area is defined by water: the wide, shallow Manukau Harbour with its mudflats and inlets on the west, and the Tāmaki estuary and gulf coast to the east. Between them run the Southern Motorway and rail lines, with curving suburban streets and cul-de-sacs typical of later twentieth-century New Zealand planning.
A Manukau City map poster takes in the town centre, the motorway interchanges and the green spaces of the south, including the Auckland Botanic Gardens and Totara Park. The area is home to one of the most diverse populations in the country, with large Pacific and Māori communities, and the Rainbow's End theme park sits beside the city centre.

Motorway spine
The Southern Motorway runs north to south as a strong double line, with interchanges and link roads branching into the surrounding suburbs.
Curving suburbs
Residential areas are laid out in winding streets, crescents and cul-de-sacs, creating soft organic patterns very different from a traditional grid.

为什么选Manukau City
一张有意义的地图
South Auckland is home for many families who have built their lives here over generations, and for many newcomers too. A Manukau map carries that local identity: the streets of school, church, sport and family gatherings.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a suburb name or family surname, and add a date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and order a matte print or download HD files in six sizes.
