关于地图
Matoury Map Poster & Print
Matoury is a commune in French Guiana, just south of Cayenne, and part of the capital's urban area. On the map, the commune looks like a mix of residential districts and tropical landscape, with neighbourhoods scattered between patches of forest, low wetlands and rivers. The built areas are joined by a few main roads rather than a continuous street grid.
Matoury is home to Cayenne – Félix Eboué Airport, French Guiana's main international airport. Its long runway is one of the most recognisable shapes on the map, a straight line cut through the green around it. Towards the east, the land reaches the estuary of the Mahury, where mangroves meet the Atlantic tide.
A Matoury map poster balances these elements: the airport runway, the clusters of houses and the winding waterways. The drawing is spacious, with forest and marsh represented as open areas and rivers as flowing lines. It captures a commune where urban growth and tropical landscape still sit side by side.

Mahury estuary
On the eastern side the land meets the estuary of the Mahury, fringed with mangroves and drawn as a wide, softly edged body of water.
Scattered neighbourhoods
Residential areas form separate clusters connected by main roads, leaving forest and wetland between them rather than a single continuous grid.

为什么选Matoury
一张有意义的地图
Matoury is often the first place people see in French Guiana, and for residents it is home beside the forest and the river. A map poster captures its unusual mix of runway, neighbourhoods and waterways.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with an arrival date. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and choose between the $9 digital HD files and a printed poster, with an optional wooden frame.
