Central grid
The historic centre is laid out as a regular grid of rectangular blocks around the main square. On the poster it creates an even, rhythmic pattern.

关于地图
Milagro Map Poster & Print
Milagro lies on the low coastal plain of Guayas province, east of Guayaquil. From above, the city is a fairly regular grid of streets on flat ground. A river runs along its edge, and wide agricultural land stretches away on every side.
Farming shapes both the landscape and the economy. Milagro has long been associated with sugarcane processing, and the city is often called the land of pineapples, for the fruit grown in the surrounding countryside. On the map, the large field parcels around the city stand out clearly.
A Milagro map poster shows a practical, well-organised city. It has a dense central grid and a main park, and the neighbourhoods at its edges grow looser, giving way to roads, canals and plantations that reach toward the horizon.

The river
The Milagro River runs along the edge of the city. Its winding course softens the straight lines of the street network and gives the composition a natural boundary.
Agricultural fields
Sugarcane and fruit plantations surround the city in large parcels. They give the edges of the map a broad, open texture with long straight farm roads.
