Marshalling yard
Dozens of parallel tracks form a long, finely striped band across the map. This is one of the largest rail yards in France and the town's defining feature.

关于地图
Miramas Map Poster & Print
Miramas lies in the Bouches-du-Rhône, just north of the Étang de Berre, on the eastern edge of the flat Crau plain. It is really two places. The old village, Miramas-le-Vieux, sits on a rocky height with fortified walls and narrow lanes, and the modern town grew on the plain below after the railway arrived in the nineteenth century.
The railway still dominates the map. Miramas has one of the largest rail marshalling yards in France, a long band of parallel tracks beside the town, along with logistics platforms that serve the port of Marseille-Fos. Miramas-le-Vieux looks out over the étang, and an automotive test circuit lies on the plain nearby.
A Miramas map poster shows both halves side by side: the tight, curving streets of the hilltop village, the straight modern blocks near the station and the long ribbons of track. It suits people who live in Provence, railway workers, and anyone who has watched the light over the étang from the old village walls.

Miramas-le-Vieux
The medieval village on its rocky outcrop appears as a small, dense knot of lanes inside its old walls, set apart from the newer town below.
Étang de Berre shore
The large coastal lagoon lies close by, and its shoreline can bring a broad, calm expanse of water into the lower part of the frame.

为什么选Miramas
一张有意义的地图
Miramas is often overlooked by visitors heading to the coast, but for those who live there it has a clear identity, built on rails, rock and water. Its map expresses that structure with unusual clarity.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a date or the name of a quarter, and keep the coordinates line. Choose from five styles, including Blueprint, which suits the technical lines of the rail yard, as $9 HD files or a printed poster.
