关于地图
Mlalo Map Poster & Print
Mlalo lies in the West Usambara Mountains, in the Tanga Region of northeastern Tanzania. The terrain here is steep and folded, and on a map the town appears as a small cluster of streets set within a landscape of ridges and valleys.
Roads and footpaths wind along the contours, following the shape of the land. Around the town, terraced fields and scattered homesteads cover the slopes, creating a fine, layered pattern that reflects generations of farming in the highlands.
A Mlalo map poster is a map of relief as much as of streets. The lines curve and bend, tracing hills and streams rather than forming a regular grid. It captures the character of the Usambara highlands, cooler and greener than the lowlands below.

Terraced farmland
Fields are cut into the hillsides around the town. Their small, stepped shapes add fine texture to the map.
Highland streams
Small streams run down the valleys between ridges. They appear as thin, branching lines that trace the lowest ground.
