Mostyska Map Poster & Print
Mostyska is a small town in Lviv Oblast in western Ukraine, only a short distance from the Polish border. From above, it looks like a modest cluster of streets gathered around a central square. Beyond them, the lanes loosen into scattered houses with long garden plots, and the landscape soon opens into farmland.
The strongest line on the map is the railway on the route between Lviv and Przemyśl. It cuts across the town at a clean angle, with sidings and tracks running beside it. The road network is quieter. A few roads run out toward neighbouring villages, and small streams and ponds in the surrounding lowland add softer curves to an otherwise angular drawing.

Most of the shorter streets meet around a central square, so the densest part of the drawing sits in the middle of the town before it thins into residential lanes.

Once the houses end, the map turns into a light scatter of field tracks and village roads, which leaves generous white space around the town itself.
