Netivot Map Poster & Print
Netivot is a city in Israel's Southern District, founded in 1956 as one of the country's development towns on the northwestern edge of the Negev. As a planned settlement, it looks different on a map from older towns: neighbourhoods arranged in distinct units, curving residential streets and wide arterial roads.
The city is widely known for the tomb of Rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira, the Baba Sali, which draws large numbers of pilgrims, especially on the anniversary of his death. Around the city, the map shows farmland and the long regional roads that cross the flat, semi-arid plain.
A Netivot map poster shows the logic of a planned town clearly. Each neighbourhood forms its own pattern of loops and cul-de-sacs, linked by broader roads, with open land on every side. In black and white, the design has a modern, deliberate feel.
