Market square
The large, tree-lined market square is at the centre of the old town, with the Ludgerikirche at its edge. It forms a clear, open space in the densest part of the map.

关于地图
Norden Map Poster & Print
Norden is one of the oldest towns in East Frisia, in Lower Saxony, on flat marshland close to the North Sea coast. The historic centre is built around one of the largest market squares in Germany. It is lined with trees and older buildings, and the Ludgerikirche stands at its edge. The church is known for its organ by Arp Schnitger.
North of the town is Norddeich, Norden's harbour district. Ferries leave from here for the islands of Norderney and Juist, crossing the Wadden Sea. On the map, you can see straight dykes, drainage channels and polders. These show the constant work of holding back the sea and keeping the land dry.
A Norden map poster brings this coastal landscape together. The compact old town and its broad square sit on flat, gridded marshland. The harbour and ferry routes lead out towards the islands. The combination of order, water and open space gives the design a clean, northern feel.

Norddeich harbour
On the coast, the harbour at Norddeich is where ferries leave for Norderney and Juist. Its piers and basins meet the open water of the Wadden Sea.
Dykes and channels
Straight dykes, ditches and drainage channels divide the marsh into regular fields. They cover the land between town and sea with calm, precise lines.

为什么选Norden
一张有意义的地图
Norden is where many holidays on Norderney and Juist begin, and it is also home to families with deep roots in East Frisia. A map of it suits a seaside house, a gift for someone who spent childhood summers there, or a reminder of the North Sea wind.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line for a harbour, a house or a particular summer. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Download the HD files for $9, or order a printed poster with an optional frame.
