关于地图
Rapid City Map Poster & Print
Rapid City sits where the Black Hills meet the plains of western South Dakota. From above, a forested ridge runs through the city and divides it into two parts. The Gap is the passage through the ridge. Rapid Creek winds west to east, lined by a long greenway of parks and bike paths.
Downtown is a neat grid of blocks. Life-size bronze statues of US presidents stand on its street corners as part of the City of Presidents project. Dinosaur Park sits on a hill above the city with its concrete sculptures from the 1930s. Mount Rushmore is a short drive to the southwest.
A Rapid City map poster captures the way the city's grid meets the curves of the hills. Suburban streets wrap around slopes, the creek draws a green thread through town, and the empty, wooded west hints at the Black Hills beyond.

Skyline ridge
A wooded ridge runs through the middle of the city. Roads pass through the Gap, and on the poster the ridge appears as a quiet, open strip.
Downtown grid
The historic centre is laid out in regular blocks near the creek. It is home to the City of Presidents statues on its street corners.

为什么选Rapid City
一张有意义的地图
People hang a map of Rapid City to remember a hometown, a posting at Ellsworth, or a road trip through the Black Hills. The mix of grid, creek and ridge makes a balanced, readable print.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates line to mark a move, a wedding or a birthday. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint shows the grid especially clearly.
