关于地图
Silver Firs Map Poster & Print
Silver Firs is an unincorporated community in Snohomish County, Washington, in the suburban belt north of Seattle. It sits east of Mill Creek and south of Everett. From above it looks very different from an older town grid. Streets curve, split and end in cul-de-sacs, which gives each neighbourhood its own enclosed, leafy pocket.
Its name suits the landscape. Tall evergreen trees remain between the housing developments, and small green spaces and wetland patches break up the map. A few arterial roads carry traffic through the area and link it to the wider Everett and Seattle region.
A Silver Firs map poster turns this suburban pattern into something unexpectedly graphic. The loops and dead ends form a fine, almost organic web, and the arterial roads give it a clear structure. It is a map of the everyday Pacific Northwest, of home streets and school runs.

Arterial roads
A few main roads run through the community and connect it with Everett and Mill Creek. On the poster they stand out as the confident lines around the neighbourhoods.
Green pockets
Wooded patches and small open spaces sit between the housing tracts. They leave gaps in the street pattern that give the map room to breathe.
