The main railway line
The Moscow–Saint Petersburg railway crosses the town as a single straight stroke, with the station area forming the densest part of the street network.

关于地图
Skhodnya Map Poster & Print
Skhodnya lies northwest of Moscow and today forms part of the city district of Khimki. It takes its name from the Skhodnya river, a tributary of the Moskva that winds through the area in a narrow, wooded valley. On a map the settlement reads as a mix of apartment blocks, low houses on garden plots and patches of forest, all gathered around the railway.
The main line between Moscow and Saint Petersburg runs straight through Skhodnya, and its station has long been the reason the place grew. Commuter trains link it to the capital, and the line cuts a long, perfectly straight diagonal across an otherwise irregular pattern of lanes. Around it, the blocks of the town centre give way quickly to dachas, woodland and meandering water.
A Skhodnya map poster captures that typical Moscow-region balance between rail, river and forest. The railway provides a strong ruled line, the river adds a looping counterpoint, and the small streets fill the space between in a loose, organic texture. In black and white the result feels restrained and graphic, a quiet portrait of a suburban town rather than a city.

The Skhodnya valley
The river that gives the town its name curves through a green valley, its bends contrasting with the straight rail line and the regular apartment blocks.
Garden plots and woods
Beyond the centre, small lanes of houses and dacha plots mix with forest, giving the edges of the map a fine, broken pattern rather than a hard boundary.

为什么选Skhodnya
一张有意义的地图
Skhodnya is home to many families who commute into Moscow, and for them the map is about daily routes: the walk to the station, the path along the river, the house among the trees. It suits a hallway or a first apartment elsewhere.
Add your own title and a subtitle such as a street or a year, adjust the coordinates line, and choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital files come in six print sizes, with printed posters shipped from partners in over 30 countries.
