Dense town core
Narrow lanes and closely packed buildings fill the centre. They create a fine, intricate texture where the main roads meet.

关于地图
Suār Map Poster & Print
Suār is a town in Rampur district, in the west of Uttar Pradesh near the border with Uttarakhand. It lies on the flat, fertile plain below the Himalayan foothills. From above, it is a compact settlement with a dense centre of lanes and small plots, where a few main roads meet. Beyond the edge of town, fields stretch out almost without a break.
The map follows the pattern of many towns on the Gangetic plain. A crowded core has grown around markets and junctions, and ribbons of building run along the main roads. Around it lie villages and irrigated farmland crossed by tracks, canals and water channels. The land is so level that the roads run in long straight lines toward neighbouring towns.
A Suār map poster is a clear, simple image: a knot of streets in a wide, flat landscape. In black and white, the fine lanes of the centre contrast with the long straight roads and open fields. The design is calm and uncluttered, leaving space around the town.
