Plaza-centred grid
The historic centre follows a regular pattern of square blocks around the main plaza. It is a clear, familiar shape at the heart of the poster.

关于地图
Tepalcatepec Map Poster & Print
Tepalcatepec lies in the Tierra Caliente of Michoacán, a low, hot region of broad valleys between mountain ranges. The town is close to the border with Jalisco. On the map, its centre is a grid of blocks laid out from a central plaza, in the usual pattern of Mexican towns.
The Tepalcatepec River, which gives its name to a wider basin, runs through the region. Irrigated land and pasture appear around the town, and the surrounding terrain rises toward rougher ground. Roads cross the valley toward other towns, and the edges of the map loosen into rural tracks.
The area is known for cattle ranching and for the dairy and cheese traditions that go with it. A Tepalcatepec map poster shows a well-ordered town in a large, open landscape: a plaza-centred grid, a valley floor and hills in the distance.

Valley and river
The river valley shapes the land around the town. Watercourses and flat land appear as soft lines beyond the built-up edge.
Ranch country roads
Rural roads and tracks cross the grazing land and link the town to distant settlements. They spread fine lines toward the edges.

为什么选Tepalcatepec
一张有意义的地图
For families from the Tierra Caliente, especially those who now live elsewhere in Mexico or in the United States, a map of Tepalcatepec is a direct link to home. The simple grid and open valley feel familiar and dignified.
You can write your own title and subtitle, in Spanish or English, and add a date to the coordinates line. Sand and Paper suit the warm valley, and Classic black and white keeps the grid crisp.
