关于地图
Turaif Map Poster & Print
Turaif lies in the far north of Saudi Arabia, close to the border with Jordan, in a landscape of flat, stony desert. Its map is almost entirely made of straight lines: wide avenues, long rectangular blocks and roads that head out across the plain with nothing to bend them.
The town grew from a pumping station on the Trans-Arabian Pipeline, known as Tapline, which carried oil from the Gulf towards the Mediterranean in the mid-twentieth century. That origin still shows in the way the settlement sits beside long infrastructure corridors, with planned districts added in regular blocks as the town expanded.
Turaif is known as one of the coldest places in the kingdom in winter, and the surrounding region is associated with phosphate mining. A Turaif map poster has an austere, graphic quality, the clean grid set against empty desert, which makes it a striking piece for anyone connected to this remote northern town.

Planned grid
Broad, straight streets and rectangular districts cover the town, forming one of the most regular street patterns found in a small Saudi settlement.
Open desert
Beyond the last blocks, highways and tracks run across flat, empty land, leaving the town as a compact, clearly defined shape on a blank field.

为什么选Turaif
一张有意义的地图
For families who lived in Turaif through its pipeline and mining years, or anyone who has worked in the northern region, this map is a quiet reminder of a distinctive place. Its geometry suits modern interiors well.
You can set the title and subtitle, keep the coordinates line or change it, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand pairs naturally with the desert setting, while Noir sharpens the grid.
