Zürs Map Poster & Print
Zürs lies in Vorarlberg, in the Arlberg region of western Austria, and belongs to the municipality of Lech am Arlberg. From above, it is a small village strung along the road over the Flexen Pass, set in a high, treeless valley. The slopes rise evenly from both sides of the road, so the ski terrain surrounds the houses almost completely.
Zürs has a long place in skiing history, with one of Austria's earliest ski lifts, and today it is part of the Ski Arlberg area linking it with Lech, St. Anton and neighbouring resorts. On the map the Flexen road leads south toward the Arlberg pass, and the lifts reach out across the ridges toward Lech.
