Bhokar is a town in the Nanded district of Maharashtra, in the Marathwada region of the Deccan plateau. On the map, it has a compact older core of narrow, closely packed lanes. Newer neighbourhoods and roadside development spread outward along the main routes, and the edge of town soon gives way to open farmland.
