Kabala Map Poster & Print
Kabala lies in Koulikoro region, just beyond the southern edge of Bamako, Mali's capital, on the side of the Niger River opposite the historic city centre. From above it appears as an area in transition: newer streets and plots laid out in rough grids, interspersed with open ground, tracks and remaining farmland.
In recent years Kabala has become associated with higher education, as a university campus has been developed here to serve Bamako's growing student population. On a map the campus and new residential areas stand out as more regular shapes, set against the looser pattern of paths and fields that still characterise much of the surrounding land.
A Kabala map poster captures a place being shaped as the capital grows outward. The street pattern is partly planned and partly informal, the river lies not far away, and much of the map is still open. It is a snapshot of change, meaningful to students, families and anyone who knows this corner of the Bamako area.

University area
The campus developed at Kabala appears as a distinct, organised zone, separated from the surrounding streets and open ground.
Open surroundings
Tracks, fields and undeveloped land fill much of the map, giving the composition large, calm areas between the built-up sections.

ለምን Kabala
ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Kabala is meaningful to students who spent their university years here and to families who have built homes on the edge of Bamako. A map records the place as it is now, while it is still growing.
You can personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a graduation year or a family name, and adjust the coordinates. Styles include Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
