Valley floor setting
The town lies on a broad, flat plain in the upper Kelkit valley, so its streets spread evenly across open ground rather than climbing steep hillsides.

Kelkit Map Poster & Print
Kelkit is a district town in Gümüşhane Province in northeastern Turkey. It sits in the upper valley of the Kelkit River, a long waterway that later flows west and joins the Yeşilırmak. The town lies on a wide, fertile plain between mountain ranges, an agricultural setting that shapes its outline on the map.
From above, Kelkit's centre is a compact network of streets with newer apartment districts around it. Main roads cross the town and lead across the valley to neighbouring districts and provinces. Beyond the built edge, field patterns spread over the plain until they meet the rising slopes.
A Kelkit map poster shows a town defined by its valley: a clear urban core, roads running out across open land and rural tracks fading into the distance. It is a steady, grounded composition for anyone connected to this corner of Anatolia.

Main road crossing
Regional roads meet and pass through the town, their long straight lines crossing the valley and anchoring the composition from edge to edge.
Agricultural plain
Farmland surrounds the urban area in every direction, divided by thin tracks that give the outer parts of the map a fine, open texture.
