Pila Map Poster & Print
Pila is a municipality in the province of Laguna, in the Calabarzon region of the Philippines, on the eastern shore of Laguna de Bay, the country's largest lake. Its historic town centre is laid out around a plaza, following the pattern typical of Spanish colonial planning, with the church, municipal hall and old houses arranged along its sides.
The town is known for its well-preserved heritage core, which has been recognised as a National Historical Landmark. The Church of San Antonio de Padua faces the plaza, and many of the ancestral houses around it date from the Spanish and American periods. Beyond the centre, fields and fishponds stretch toward the lake.
A Pila map poster brings together the orderly plaza grid and the broad, flat shoreline of Laguna de Bay. In black and white, the square and its surrounding blocks form a clear focal point, while the lake provides a wide, calm expanse at the edge of the composition.

Laguna de Bay
The lake forms a broad, smooth expanse along the edge of the municipality, contrasting with the detailed town grid and adding a sense of scale.
Fields and fishponds
Between the town and the lake, rice fields and fishponds create a pattern of rectangular plots and fine dividing lines.
