The river forms the town's southern edge, and the port's basins and quays create straight, engineered lines along the natural curve of the bank.

Reni Map Poster & Print
Reni lies on the left bank of the Danube in the southwest of Odesa Oblast, just downstream from where the Prut joins the main river. Romania is across the water and Moldova is only a short distance away, so the town sits at a meeting point of three countries. Its port is one of Ukraine's key Danube harbours.
The map is framed by water. The Danube runs along one side with quays, basins and port infrastructure, while large shallow lakes such as Kagul and Kartal spread to the north and east of town. The town itself has a fairly regular grid of streets, set on the higher ground between the river and the lakes.
A Reni map poster is dominated by broad water shapes: the Danube's wide band, the irregular outlines of the lakes and the harbour's geometric edges. The street grid sits between them. It makes a strong, spacious composition and holds particular meaning for people connected to the Danube region.

Border lakes
Large shallow lakes lie near the town, with irregular shorelines that add broad, soft shapes to the poster alongside the river.
Regular town grid
Reni's streets are laid out in straight lines between the waters, an orderly pattern that gives the compact centre a clear, graphic structure.
