Rijokri, often spelled Rajokri, is on the southwestern edge of Delhi, close to the border with Gurugram and near the airport. From above, it shows a pattern common to Delhi's urban villages: a dense core of narrow lanes and closely built houses, surrounded by larger plots, walled farmhouses and open land.
The National Highway to Gurugram runs nearby, forming the most prominent line on the map. It is a wide corridor carrying traffic between the capital and the city to the south. Smaller roads lead in from it to the village and the farmhouse estates, and the ridge landscape of southern Delhi adds patches of scrub and uneven ground.
