Market place core
The old centre forms a small, clearly defined knot of streets around the market place and town hall, the point from which the rest of the town has grown.

Wokingham Map Poster & Print
Wokingham is a market town in Berkshire, a few miles south-east of Reading. Its historic core is small and easy to read on a map: a market place with the town hall at its centre, and a handful of old streets leading away from it in different directions. Around this core the town has expanded steadily, especially in recent decades.
The outer map is a patchwork of residential estates, many built around curving roads and cul-de-sacs, interspersed with parks, playing fields and pockets of woodland. The Emm Brook runs through the western side of the town, and railway lines toward Reading, Guildford and London cross near the station, giving the town a clear set of dividing lines.
A Wokingham map poster shows how an old market town grows into a commuter town without losing its centre. In black and white the compact heart, radiating roads and softer, looping estates make for a composition that is both orderly and organic, with green spaces providing breathing room across the sheet.

Railway junction
Rail lines meet near Wokingham station and fan out toward Reading, Guildford and London, cutting straight lines across the curving residential streets.
Green edges
Woodland, parks and the Emm Brook corridor thread between estates, adding soft pale areas that keep the map from feeling crowded.

ትርጉም ያለው ካርታ
Wokingham is a place many people choose deliberately, to raise a family or settle down after London. A map of the town marks that decision and the streets that came with it.
Personalise the poster with a title, a subtitle such as a moving-in date, and the coordinates line. Choose from five styles and download HD files for $9, or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
