Section-line grid
Roads along the edges of square-mile sections create a huge, regular checkerboard of fields around the town, a pattern typical of the American West.

Eloy Map Poster & Print
Eloy lies in Pinal County, Arizona, roughly midway between Phoenix and Tucson, along Interstate 10. From above, its main feature is geometry. The land around it is divided into square-mile sections of farmland, and irrigation canals and section-line roads form a grid that stretches almost to the horizon.
The town itself is modest, but it is well known to skydivers. Skydive Arizona operates from the Eloy airport and is one of the largest drop zones in the world. Parachutists see from the air what the map shows: straight lines, square fields and a small town at their intersection.
An Eloy map poster makes that grid its subject. The diagonal of the interstate cuts through the checkerboard, and canals add long thin lines across the fields. It is one of the most graphic landscapes in the Southwest, made for a black-and-white print.

The interstate runs past town at an angle to the farm grid, drawing a strong diagonal line across the map.
Airport and drop zone
Eloy's airport, home to Skydive Arizona, stands out as a distinct shape of runways among the fields and marks the place skydivers come here for.

This poster suits skydivers who made their first jump over Eloy, as well as locals who know those long, straight roads. A landscape seen from above makes sense on a wall.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with the date of your first jump. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand fits the Arizona desert.
