Nottuln Map Poster & Print
Nottuln is a municipality in the Coesfeld district of Westphalia, west of Münster. Its old centre is small and rounded, with streets circling the church of St Martin and the buildings of the former women's collegiate foundation that shaped the town for centuries. From this core, residential streets extend in several directions, surrounded by the fields and farmsteads typical of the Münsterland.
To the north rise the Baumberge, a gentle range of wooded hills known for its sandstone, which has been used in buildings across the region. The small river Stever has its source near Nottuln and flows away across the flat country. The municipality also takes in several village districts, each a small cluster on the rural map.
