El mapa
Ceyhan Map Poster & Print
Ceyhan lies in Adana province in southern Turkey, on the flat and fertile Çukurova plain. The town is set on the Ceyhan River, which bends through the area in wide loops, and the map shows a dense urban centre along the water with regular streets extending into the surrounding farmland.
Cotton, citrus and other crops fill the fields around the town, and the pattern of irrigation channels and rural roads creates a fine grid across the plain. To the south, on the coast of the Gulf of İskenderun, is the Ceyhan marine terminal, the end point of the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan oil pipeline.
A Ceyhan map poster shows a classic river town on a plain: the curve of water, the bridges crossing it, and a street network that spreads out evenly in all directions. It is a calm, balanced composition, and a strong reminder of home for anyone from this part of Çukurova.

River bridges
Several bridges cross the water and connect the two sides of the town, short, strong lines that anchor the composition at its centre.
Çukurova fields
Farmland surrounds the town with a regular pattern of roads and irrigation channels, a geometric frame that emphasises how flat and fertile the plain is.
