Eṭ Ṭaiyiba sits where the low hills of the Triangle region meet the flat farmland of the Sharon plain. From above, the town reads as a compact, irregular knot of streets at its centre, with newer neighbourhoods reaching out along ridges and down gentler slopes. The pattern follows the terrain rather than a plan, so roads curve, fork and double back as they climb.
It is one of the larger Arab towns in Israel's Central District, and its growth over recent decades shows clearly in the street network. Older lanes near the centre are short and tightly packed, while outer districts have longer, looser roads and bigger plots.
