Wasatch foothills
The city's eastern edge meets the steep slopes of the Wasatch. There the streets stop and open mountain land takes over the eastern side of the map.

El mapa
Highland Map Poster & Print
Highland is a city in northern Utah County, on a high bench at the foot of the Wasatch Range near the mouth of American Fork Canyon. It developed as a semi-rural community with large residential lots, and much of that character remains. On a map the street pattern is spacious, with long roads, broad curves and generous gaps between neighbourhoods.
To the east the mountains rise steeply, and the map shows the streets ending where the slopes begin. Parks, trails and irrigation canals cross the town. The major roads follow the survey grid common across the Salt Lake and Utah valleys. Lone Peak, one of the range's best-known summits, rises above the city to the north.
A Highland map poster shows how the city sits between valley and mountain, with orderly arterial roads and relaxed residential streets. It is a natural choice for families who have settled there and for anyone who has hiked the nearby canyons. The open layout works well as a large print such as 24×36″.

Arterial road grid
Major roads follow the region's broad north-south and east-west survey grid, forming a large-scale frame for the neighbourhoods between them.
Canals and trails
Irrigation canals and trail corridors wind through the city as thin lines that cut diagonally across the otherwise orderly layout.

Per què Highland
Un mapa amb significat
Families choose Highland for space and mountain views, and a map poster captures that sense of settling in. It suits a new home, an entryway or a child's room as a first map of where they grew up.
The title and subtitle can carry your family name and the year you built or bought the house, and you can adjust the coordinates line too. There are five styles, from the crisp Classic black & white to the darker Noir and the warm Sand.
