El mapa
Leawood Map Poster & Print
Leawood lies in Johnson County, Kansas, on the southern side of the Kansas City metro. Its eastern boundary is State Line Road, which here marks the border with Missouri. From above, the city is mostly residential, with curving streets, cul-de-sacs and generous lots. Golf courses and parks weave through the neighbourhoods, and creek valleys run through much of it.
The northern part of the city is older and more compact, while the south opened up later with larger subdivisions and commercial areas such as Town Center Plaza. Interstate 435 cuts across the city, and parks such as Ironwoods add broad wooded areas to the southern half of the map.
A Leawood map poster is defined by curves. The meandering residential drives contrast sharply with the straight state line and the interstate, and the fairways and creek corridors add open, soft shapes between them. The result is an elegant, textured print that shows how a well-planned suburb looks from above.

Per què Leawood
Un mapa amb significat
Leawood is where many families put down roots and raise children, and its streets become personal over the years. A map poster makes a fitting gift for a new home, a graduation or someone moving away from Kansas City.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps to a family name and street, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. HD files cost $9, and printed posters are available with an optional wooden frame.
