The valley streets
The town's streets run along the valley floor rather than on a grid, so the built area takes a narrow, curving form shaped entirely by the surrounding hills.

Pancas Map Poster & Print
Pancas lies in the northwest of Espírito Santo, in a landscape of steep hills and narrow valleys. The town itself is small, a tight set of streets following the valley floor and the course of local streams, with roads climbing out between the slopes. What makes the area distinctive, however, lies just beyond the built edge: huge bare granite domes rising abruptly from the surrounding countryside.
These rock formations are protected as part of the Pontões Capixabas Natural Monument, which covers land in Pancas and neighbouring Águia Branca. The monoliths draw climbers and visitors, and they give the region an unmistakable skyline. Around them, the land is used for coffee and cattle, with smallholdings scattered across the slopes.
A Pancas map poster shows the town as a slender, winding shape fitted into its terrain. Streets bend to follow the valley, and the road network thins out quickly into the countryside. In black and white, the pattern is modest and precise, a clear portrait of how a small Brazilian town adapts itself to the ground it was built on.

Pontões Capixabas
The protected granite domes nearby are the region's best-known feature, and they give the countryside around Pancas its dramatic, rocky character.
Roads through hills
Routes leave the town between steep slopes, twisting as they climb, which adds a few long, expressive curves to the edges of the map.

Per què Pancas
Un mapa amb significat
Pancas is a place people remember for its rock domes and quiet streets. A map of it works well for someone who grew up here, climbed nearby, or keeps family ties to the interior of Espírito Santo.
Choose a title and subtitle, keep or edit the coordinates line, and select Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand gives the valley a warm, earthy tone, while Classic keeps the street pattern crisp and graphic.
