Simpang Renggam is a town in central Johor, in the south of Peninsular Malaysia. It is small and compact on a map. There is a short grid of shophouse streets at the centre, and residential areas and village roads spread out from there. Around the town, the land is mostly agricultural, with oil palm and other plantations stretching in every direction.
The North–South Expressway passes nearby, and the town has its own interchange. That gives the map one strong, smooth line cutting through an otherwise rural landscape. Smaller roads lead from the centre to nearby villages and estates, often following the terrain and the edges of plantations.
