La Malinche slopes
The volcano rises northwest of town. Ravines and roads running down its lower flanks give the map a clear sense of slope and direction.

关于地图
Acajete Map Poster & Print
Acajete is a municipality in the state of Puebla, east of the city of Puebla, at the southeastern foot of La Malinche volcano. Its main town has the regular grid of blocks common in central Mexico. From above it forms a clear rectangle of streets, surrounded by fields that rise gently toward the mountain to the northwest.
La Malinche, also called Matlalcuéyetl, is one of the highest mountains in Mexico, and its broad forested cone dominates the horizon. The land around Acajete is planted with maize and other crops and crossed by rural roads and ravines that run down from the volcano. The main highway between Puebla and Veracruz passes nearby, a straight modern line across the older field pattern.
An Acajete map poster balances a compact town grid against the sloping, lined landscape around it. Small barrancas and field boundaries point uphill toward the volcano, while the highway cuts across the frame at a different angle. It suits people from the municipality, and travellers who remember the road east from Puebla climbing past the mountain.

Town grid
The centre follows an orderly pattern of square blocks. This compact, legible street plan stands out sharply against the surrounding fields.
Veracruz highway
The highway between Puebla and Veracruz passes close to Acajete. On the poster it is a long, confident line crossing the rural landscape.

为什么选 Acajete
一张有意义的地图
An Acajete map makes a good gift for someone rooted in this corner of Puebla, perhaps now living in the capital or abroad. The town and the slopes around it look distinctive enough to feel personal, and the design is calm enough for any room.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and pick one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 purchase includes six print sizes, each as a 300 DPI PNG and a print-ready PDF.
