关于地图
Aleksin Map Poster & Print
Aleksin stands on the Oka River in the northwest of Tula Oblast, and the river is the first thing you notice on its map. The Oka makes a broad curve through the town, with steep, wooded banks on either side, so the settlement is divided into parts that look toward each other across the water.
The older streets climb up from the river on the high bank, laid out along the slope rather than on a flat grid. Newer districts and industrial areas spread out further back, while bridges carry road and railway across the Oka, forming the few fixed lines that hold both sides together.
Pine and mixed woods surround the town, and the Oka valley here has long been a place for summer houses and rest homes. An Aleksin map poster shows a town shaped by its river: curving banks, green slopes and streets that follow the terrain instead of fighting it.

High-bank streets
On the elevated bank, streets bend to follow the slope, giving the older quarter an irregular, contour-shaped pattern.
Forest surroundings
Woodland closes around the town on several sides, so the street network appears as a clearing set among quiet, unmarked ground.

为什么选 Aleksin
一张有意义的地图
For people who spent summers on the Oka, or who grew up on Aleksin's steep streets, this map holds something familiar. The river curve is easy to recognise even in a minimal black-and-white drawing.
You can write the title in Cyrillic or Latin letters, with a date or a dedication in the subtitle and the coordinates adjusted as you like. The styles are Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Noir makes the Oka a strong, dark line.
