Historic centre
Around the former Dominican church and the central garden, a small cluster of older streets survives from the colonial town. Its grain is finer than the blocks that surround it.

关于地图
Azcapotzalco Map Poster & Print
Azcapotzalco occupies the northwestern corner of Mexico City, bordering the State of Mexico. Long before it was a borough it was the capital of the Tepanec people, a leading power in the Valley of Mexico before the rise of the Aztec Triple Alliance. Its name is usually translated as the place of anthills, and an ant still appears in the borough's emblem.
On a map the modern borough shows its twentieth-century role clearly. Rail lines and yards cut through it, industrial zones sit alongside dense residential colonias, and wide avenues link it to the rest of the capital. The historic centre around the old Dominican church and main garden still shows as a small knot of older streets within the larger grid.
An Azcapotzalco map poster shows how these layers fit together. It takes in the large rectangular plots of the Vallejo industrial zone, the campus of UAM Azcapotzalco, the long railway corridors, and the colonias filling every gap between them. This is a working part of the capital, and its map has the same practical, closely packed character.

Industrial Vallejo
Large factory and warehouse plots form broad rectangles on the map, a clear record of Mexico City's mid-century industrial growth on its northern side.
Rail corridors
Freight lines and yards run through Azcapotzalco on long diagonals. They create some of the strongest continuous lines anywhere in the northern part of the city.

为什么选 Azcapotzalco
一张有意义的地图
Azcapotzalco is home to hundreds of thousands of people who rarely see their borough on a souvenir. A map gives it proper attention, showing the streets of a childhood, a first apartment or a daily commute at the scale of the whole capital.
Set a title and subtitle of your choice, for example a colonia name and a year, and fine-tune the coordinates line. The five styles run from Classic black & white and Noir to Paper, Blueprint and Sand, and a free watermarked preview lets you check the result first.
