Banaz stream
The stream that gives the town its name runs through the valley, and much of the street pattern bends to follow its course.

关于地图
Banaz Map Poster & Print
Banaz is a district town in Uşak province, in the uplands of inner western Turkey. It takes its name from the Banaz stream, and the water shapes the town: the built area sits along the valley, with the main streets running roughly parallel to the stream and side roads climbing towards the surrounding slopes.
On the map the centre is compact, a knot of irregular streets around the older core, with newer blocks laid out more regularly towards the edges. Beyond the town, the land opens into farmland and low hills, crossed by the roads and railway that tie Banaz to Uşak and the wider region.
A Banaz map poster shows a town that has grown along water and road rather than to a plan. The curve of the stream, the denser old centre and the straighter new streets give the black-and-white print a layered look. The province around it is known for its long tradition of carpet weaving, a fitting echo for a map built from fine lines.

Old and new blocks
Irregular streets in the older core give way to more regular, straighter blocks on the edges, where newer housing has been built.
Valley setting
Low hills and farmland surround the town, so the dense centre stands out clearly against the open, lightly drawn countryside.

为什么选 Banaz
一张有意义的地图
For people from Banaz, the map records a hometown in its own lines: the stream, the streets up the slopes, the roads out to Uşak. For everyone else it is a clean graphic piece built on the plain logic of a valley town.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps with a family name or a meaningful date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital HD files cost $9; printed posters ship from partners in over 30 countries.
