Hillside streets
Streets curve around the rising ground in irregular loops. The pattern is dense and organic, very different from the planned grids of nearby coastal cities.

关于地图
Bāqa el Gharbīya Map Poster & Print
Bāqa el Gharbīya is an Arab town in the northern part of the area known as the Triangle, east of Hadera in Israel's Haifa District. It sits where the flat land of the coastal plain begins to rise into low hills. Its map is a dense web of streets that climb and curve across that gentle slope.
The town's eastern edge lies along the 1949 armistice line, known as the Green Line. Just across it is Bāqa ash-Sharqīya, from which it was separated in 1949, and on a map the two look like one settlement divided by a line. The town is also home to Al-Qasemi Academic College, which focuses on teacher education.
A Bāqa el Gharbīya map poster suits families who have lived here for generations, as well as people who studied at the college or moved away for work. The drawing does not reduce the town to a symbol. It shows the actual lanes, junctions and neighbourhoods that make it recognisable.

为什么选 Bāqa el Gharbīya
一张有意义的地图
Some people hang this map because it marks the family home. Others hang it because it records a place where they studied or worked. Either way, it is a precise, uncluttered portrait of a town rarely shown on printed maps.
