关于地图
Bikram Map Poster & Print
Bikram is a town in Patna district, Bihar, on the broad flat plain south of the Ganges. On a map it forms a modest cluster of streets where local roads meet. The houses gather around the market area, and lanes run outward into the farmland that covers almost all the surrounding land.
The landscape here is one of the most intensively cultivated in India. Fields are divided into small plots, villages sit close together, and ponds and water tanks dot the land. Roads run from Bikram toward Patna and neighbouring towns, and these routes stand out clearly on a line drawing.
A Bikram map poster is quiet and even. There are no hills or coastlines, just the fine texture of rural Bihar and a slightly denser knot of streets at the centre. For many families from the area, this ordinary pattern of roads and ponds is exactly what home looks like.

Ponds and tanks
Small bodies of water appear throughout the town and nearby villages. They add rounded shapes to the otherwise linear pattern of roads.
Roads to Patna
Regional roads leave the town toward the state capital and nearby towns. They extend the drawing across the page and link it to the wider plain.

为什么选 Bikram
一张有意义的地图
The map is for people from Bikram and the villages around it, many of whom have moved to Patna, Delhi or abroad for work. A drawing of the streets they grew up on is an understated, personal thing to hang.
You can add your own title, a subtitle in Hindi or English and the coordinates line, then choose one of five styles. A free 900 px watermarked preview shows exactly how it will look before you buy.
