关于地图
Broad Ripple Map Poster & Print
Broad Ripple is a neighbourhood on the north side of Indianapolis that began as a separate village before the city grew around it. It still feels like its own place, with a compact commercial strip at its centre and tree-lined residential streets around it. On a map, several strong lines overlap here that are unusual for a city neighbourhood.
The White River curves along the north side, and the Central Canal, a nineteenth-century waterway built for a larger Indiana canal system that was never finished, runs through the neighbourhood and is now edged with a towpath. The Monon Trail, a converted railway line, cuts through on a diagonal. Broad Ripple Park occupies a stretch of the riverbank.
A Broad Ripple map poster brings together the river's bends, the narrow line of the canal and the straight diagonal of the trail over an orderly Midwestern grid. The result is more layered than most neighbourhood maps, and people who have walked the canal towpath or cycled the Monon will recognise it at once.

为什么选 Broad Ripple
一张有意义的地图
Broad Ripple is where many people in Indianapolis spent their twenties, found a first apartment or settled with a family. A map of the canal, river and trail is a warm, specific reminder of those years.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for instance with a street or an anniversary date. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then order a $9 set of HD files or a printed poster with an optional frame.
