关于地图
Brodnica Map Poster & Print
Brodnica lies on the Drwęca River in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship of northern Poland. The town was founded under the Teutonic Order in the late thirteenth century, and its medieval plan survives clearly on the map: a regular old town around a rectangular market square, the line of former walls still traceable at its edge and the river curving past on one side.
At the edge of the old town stands the brick castle built by the Teutonic Knights, whose tall octagonal tower still dominates the skyline. Parts of the town gates also remain, among them the Chełmno Gate. Beyond the historic centre, residential districts spread out along the roads, and within a short distance the country opens into forests and lakes.
Those lakes are the reason many visitors come. Brodnica gives its name to the Brodnica Lake District and the Brodnica Landscape Park, a region of glacial lakes, rivers and woodland. A Brodnica map poster can show both sides of the place: the tight medieval grid of the centre and the scattered, glassy shapes of water in the surrounding countryside.

Castle tower
The Teutonic castle sits at the edge of the historic core near the river. Its octagonal tower is one of the most recognisable medieval structures in the region.
Drwęca and the lakes
The Drwęca curves past the town, and lakes of glacial origin lie scattered through the forests around it, giving the wider map a rich pattern of water.

为什么选 Brodnica
一张有意义的地图
Brodnica is a town people return to every summer, for the lakes, for kayaking on the Drwęca and for the old streets. A map poster keeps that familiar outline on the wall all year round.
Personalise the title and subtitle, in Polish or English, and add your own coordinates line. Blueprint suits the precise medieval grid and Noir makes the lakes stand out, while Classic black & white, Paper and Sand are also available.
