Airport runways
DeKalb-Peachtree Airport's runways form a bold geometric shape on the map, the clearest feature on the sheet and a link to the site's military past.

关于地图
Chamblee Map Poster & Print
Chamblee sits in DeKalb County, north-east of central Atlanta, where the inner suburbs give way to the corridors leading toward Gwinnett. The town grew as a railroad stop, and from above the rail line and Peachtree Road still form its main spine, with neighbourhoods of curving residential streets and cul-de-sacs spread out on either side.
The largest open shape on the map is DeKalb-Peachtree Airport, a general aviation field whose runways lie on land that was once part of Camp Gordon, an army training camp during the First World War. Its long crossed strips contrast sharply with the dense mesh of streets around them and make the map immediately recognisable.
Chamblee is also known for Buford Highway, the corridor of international restaurants and markets along its southern side, and for the antiques shops near its old downtown. A Chamblee map poster frames all of this in fine line: the station, the airfield, the highways and the quiet residential streets tucked between them.

Rail and Peachtree spine
The railway, Peachtree Road and the MARTA line run close together through town, drawing long parallel strokes across the composition.
Buford Highway corridor
Along the southern side, Buford Highway cuts diagonally through a more commercial pattern of lots and cross streets, different in texture from the residential areas.

为什么选 Chamblee
一张有意义的地图
Chamblee maps often go to people who bought a first home here, grew up nearby, or spent years flying out of the airfield. The runways make the design distinctive without needing any labels.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a neighbourhood or year, and keep the coordinates. Printed posters come on matte paper with an optional wooden frame, and HD files include 18×24″ and 24×36″ for standard US frames.
