Curving residential loops
Streets bend and double back on themselves, and many end in cul-de-sacs. On paper they form rounded shapes that look almost hand-drawn next to the county's straight arterial roads.

关于地图
Country Walk Map Poster & Print
Country Walk is a residential community in southwest Miami-Dade County, set toward the western fringe of the metropolitan area where the suburbs meet open land leading to the Everglades. On a map it looks nothing like the old Miami grid. Instead, streets curve around blocks of houses and end in cul-de-sacs, in a layout planned for quiet residential life.
Water is a constant part of the picture. Small man-made lakes and canals sit among the neighbourhoods, a common feature of South Florida development, where digging lakes also provided fill to raise building sites. The area is remembered nationally because it was among the communities hit hardest by Hurricane Andrew in 1992, and it was largely rebuilt in the years that followed.
A Country Walk map poster turns this pattern of loops and water into a clean graphic. Around it, the straight section-line roads of Miami-Dade frame the curving interior, so the contrast between the regional grid and the neighbourhood plan is clear in a single image.

Lakes among houses
Small lakes and canals sit between the residential blocks, showing up as smooth open shapes that break up the density of streets and give the map room to breathe.
Edge of the grid
Wide, perfectly straight roads mark out the surrounding square-mile sections. They frame the community and hint at how close the open land to the west really is.

为什么选 Country Walk
一张有意义的地图
Country Walk is a place people put down roots, and its streets hold first homes, school runs and the memory of rebuilding after the storm. A map of it is a personal record that looks simple and modern in any room.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a street name or move-in year, and your own coordinates line, then pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Get it as a $9 digital file or order a printed poster.
