关于地图
Dalnerechensk Map Poster & Print
Dalnerechensk is in the north of Primorye, in the Russian Far East, near the Ussuri River and the border with China. Until 1972 it was called Iman. The town lies where rivers flowing from the Sikhote-Alin mountains meet in a wide valley, and on a map water shapes almost every edge.
The Trans-Siberian Railway passes through the town, adding a long straight line across the loops of the rivers. Streets fill the land between the channels in fairly regular blocks. The Damansky Island border clashes of 1969 took place on the Ussuri not far from here, a well-known episode in the town's twentieth-century story.
A Dalnerechensk map poster shows a town surrounded by moving water: channels, backwaters and floodplain that shift across the frame. Against them sit the rail corridor and the modest grid of the town. It suits anyone who lived or served here, far from the centre of the country.

Trans-Siberian line
The railway crosses the valley in a straight line, linking the town to Khabarovsk and Vladivostok and cutting a clear path through the map.
Border country
The Ussuri and the Chinese border lie close to the east, giving the wider map a sense of being at the far edge of Russia.

为什么选 Dalnerechensk
一张有意义的地图
Dalnerechensk has long been a place of postings and departures, and many people carry it in memory. The strong interplay of rivers and railway makes a memorable, well-structured print.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with the old name Iman or a year of service. Choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
