关于地图
Damboa Map Poster & Print
Damboa is the headquarters of a local government area in Borno State, in the far north-east of Nigeria. It lies south of Maiduguri on the wide savanna plain. From above, the town is a compact grouping of streets and compounds, held together by the roads that link it to neighbouring towns and markets.
The surrounding land is flat and open, with farmland and dry-season watercourses rather than hills or coastline. That lets the town's shape stand out clearly on the map. Its street pattern mixes straighter main roads with the tighter, irregular lanes of residential quarters, where compounds sit close to one another.
A Damboa map poster keeps that shape in simple, legible lines. It is a portrait of a Sahel-edge town defined by its roads and neighbourhoods rather than by monuments. For people from Damboa and for families who have had to live away from it, it can hold real personal meaning.

Compound quarters
Residential areas are made up of close-set compounds and narrow lanes. In black and white they give the poster a dense, finely textured centre.
Open savanna
Flat farmland and seasonal watercourses surround the town. They leave plenty of empty space, so the settlement reads as a distinct island on the page.

为什么选 Damboa
一张有意义的地图
For many people from Damboa, home is a place held in memory as much as in everyday life. A map of its streets is a way of keeping that connection visible, whether in Maiduguri, Abuja or much farther away.
Add a personal title, subtitle and coordinates line and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital version includes six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files.
