关于地图
Empalme Map Poster & Print
Empalme stands on the Sonoran coast of the Gulf of California, across the bay from the port city of Guaymas. The name means junction, and the town grew up around the railway at the point where lines met near the coast. On the map its streets form a broad, regular grid on flat ground, while the shoreline and lagoons trace irregular edges around it.
The railway heritage still shows in the long, straight rail corridors and in the wide spaces once used by yards and workshops. Across the water, rugged hills rise sharply behind Guaymas, while Empalme itself stays low and level. Beaches and shallow inlets are close by, and the main highway links the two towns along the edge of the bay.
An Empalme map poster reads as a study in contrast, with a disciplined street grid on one side and the loose, organic lines of water, sand and desert on the other. It suits anyone with ties to Sonora, and especially families whose history is bound up with the railway that gave the town its name and purpose.

Rail corridors
Long railway lines and the former yard areas cut across the plan. They give the map strong, straight strokes that recall why the town exists.
Bay and coastline
Water surrounds the town on several sides, and the bay separates it from Guaymas. Inlets and lagoons add irregular shapes along the edges of the poster.

为什么选 Empalme
一张有意义的地图
Empalme is a working town with a clear identity, built by railway families over generations, and people are proud to come from it. A map keeps that story on the wall, whether you still live in Sonora or have moved far away.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a surname or the year a grandparent started on the railway. Choose among Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, then download the HD files or order a matte printed poster.
